Summer 2013 Hiking, Part 2

At the end of a long, hot summer, the Sandia crest offers a cool, refreshing hike full of flowers, grass, and trees...and sometimes fog.

Adalyn and Mommy peeking over the top of the mountain.

The Kiwanis cabin sits between the Crest and the Tram. Mommy could live here...just bring Mommy a couple of sandwiches every once in awhile.

Adalyn wonders if she should take the road less traveled.

Doesn't look like we're in New Mexico anymore...

September to October means it's raspberry season! A local farm lets us pick all the raspberries we can stuff in our little mouths...or in the pints they give us.

Delicate raspberries require delicate fingers...

Tada! It took us a while to get 3 pints full of raspberries.

Bonus pictures:

Daddy is making all the food for Chloe, and Adalyn is making sure that Chloe eats it.
